Introduction of Novon NORGREN New ISIS Solenoid Valve
Novon NORGREN recently launched a new ISIS solenoid valve for commercial vehicles.
The solenoid valve is developed jointly by Norcrown UK, Germany, China and the United States. It not only can be used to control key functions, but also has higher reliability and lower price advantage than many alternative systems. It can provide users with stronger engineering advantages and added value.
The new ISIS solenoid valve is designed to control various standard functions including differential lock, engine brake and horn. It also has the key functions of lifting bridge and engine brake. Reducing the number of components is one of its highlights. Compared with the standard model with 20 components, ISIS solenoid valves have only 9 components and are encapsulated in a sealed anti-corrosion unit, which greatly reduces the potential leakage path. At the same time, ISIS solenoid valves also have a fault-free forward system, which can withstand strong vibration and extreme environmental conditions, thus ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
In addition, ISIS solenoid valve is 10% lighter and 30% smaller than typical chassis valve array system by reducing pipeline, connector and cab penetration requirements, effectively saving cost and space, and helping to realize engineering advantages. The solenoid valve is suitable for both refitting and original equipment assembly. It can be used for 12V or 24V type.
"With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial automotive market, Novoguan strives to build the best product line with the latest materials and modern manufacturing technologies," said David Owen, from Novoguan UK Sales and Marketing Department. ISIS is a high performance solenoid valve mounted on the chassis. It has a "twist lock" stacking mechanism. It is easy to expand into a valve array and shows super value.
