Analysis and solutions of common faults of pilot solenoid valves

The pilot solenoid valve is a common fault in the actual installation and application of some solenoid valve products, such as the error of selection, the density of the medium and the temperature and the product, the unstandard installation and so on, the work of the pilot solenoid valve is not normal, the efficiency of the fluid transportation is reduced, the leakage of the solenoid valve and the noise are too large. . Specific reasons and troubleshooting are as follows:

Common faults of pilot solenoid valves:
One: power without action
The wiring of the power supply is not in good contact; the voltage fluctuation of the supply is not within the allowable range; the coil is short circuited or burnt out.  Processing method: connect the power cord; adjust the voltage within the normal range; replace the coil.
Two: the fluid can not pass when the valve is open
The fluid pressure or pressure difference is not consistent; the fluid viscosity or temperature is incompatible; the valve core and the moving iron core are mixed with dirt and impurities; the front of the valve filter or the guide valve hole is blocked; the working frequency is too high or the life is due to maturity. Troubleshooting: adjust the pressure or work pressure difference or replace the suitable product; replace the suitable product; clean the interior, the filter valve must be installed before the valve; clean the filter or guide valve hole in time; change the product model or replace the new product.

Three: the fluid can not be cut off when the valve is closed
Fluid viscosity is not consistent; fluid temperature is incompatible; spring deformation or life expiration; valve seat is defective or attached to stolen goods; sealing pad is removed from defects or deformation; balance holes or throttle holes are blocked; operation frequency is too high or life expiration. Solution: replace suitable products; add gaskets or replace springs; clean, grind or renew; re assemble; clean in time.
Four: external leakage
The pipe connection is loose, and the outer seal of the pipe connection is damaged. Troubleshooting: tighten bolts or takeover threads; replace seals.
Five: the internal leakage is serious
The temperature of the fluid is not consistent; the valve seat and the main seat have impurities or defects; the guide valve is out of or deformed with the main valve seal; the spring is unassembled, deformed, or expired; the working frequency is too high when used. Troubleshooting: adjust fluid temperature or replacement; if necessary, clean or grind and repair; replace sealing gasket; replace spring.
Six: the noise of the pilot solenoid valve is too loud
Fastener loosening; voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range; fluid pressure or working pressure difference is not suitable; fluid viscosity is not consistent; armature suction surface has impurities. Treatment: tightening; adjusting to normal range; adjusting pressure or working pressure difference or replacing products; cleaning in time.
