The electric ball valve seal leaks. Uniformly and cross-tighten the coupling nut to increase the pre-tightening force, or adjust the sealing seat, gasket and clean the sealing groove; when not screwing the electric ball valve, do not put the auxiliary lever or other things on the wrench, this will Damage the stem. If the operation process is strenuous, the closure of some valves is difficult to open due to thermal expansion. At this time, the gland bolts can be loosened, and then the stems are removed after the stress is removed. When the packing is too tight, the packing can be properly relaxed.

  Electric ball valves can only be fully open or fully closed, and are generally not allowed for conditioning and throttling. The ball valve of the wrench is fully open when the wrench is parallel to the passage, and fully closed when rotated by 90°; the valve stem of the electric ball valve is not sensitive. Loosen the cap bolts, evenly loosen the supporting coupling nut or thickening the gasket to reduce the pre-tightening force, and be careful not to leak; the packing leaks. Tighten the gland bolts or replace the packing (1 packing, 2 packings, 1 packing). Be careful not to cut the edges when the device is installed, and evenly tighten the gland bolts; the right valve body and the left valve body leak. Trim the sealing surface, remove dirt, replace the gasket, and evenly and cross-tighten the nut.
