When the spool of the cut-off reversing solenoid valve is closed, there is always an input pressure on the spool, which is advantageous for the sealing of the valve. However, since the spool is subjected to the axial back pressure, especially when the flow area is large, a large switching resistance is formed. The required reversing force is larger than that of the spool type structure, and the impact and noise are large. The large-diameter shut-off valve should adopt the air pressure control or the pilot control mode.
