Nitrogen machine solenoid valve fault description
Nitrogen generator is a nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses a high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as an adsorbent, and uses a pressure swing adsorption principle (PSA) at normal temperature to separate air to obtain high-purity nitrogen. Usually, the two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is automatically operated by the imported PLC, and the pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration are alternately performed, and the nitrogen and oxygen separation is completed to obtain the desired high purity nitrogen.
So what are the faults in the nitrogen generator solenoid valve? How to solve it?
1) Electromagnetic nitrogen valve card failure
Method: such as the machine solenoid valve indicator and the corresponding state of the switch in response to nitrogen, but the control is still not active, possible solenoid valve stuck or control valve failure. Check the manual switch two exhaust valve ports or exhaust, such as alternating discharge, the electromagnetic wide is complete, the fault in the control of the program is wide. Since the solenoid valve cannot discharge the AC gas, the solenoid valve is stuck.
Treatment method: Remove the solenoid valve and open it to clean the electromagnetic wide.
2)
Control valve hydraulic cylinder leakage failure of nitrogen generator
Method: Manually open and close the valve under the observation conditions of whether the gas is discharged from the exhaust of the solenoid valve. If the gas is discharged, the in-cylinder leakage control prevents the valve's nitrogen from being switched.
Treatment method: Contact the manufacturer to replace the backup cylinder.
3) Electromagnetic nitrogen valve failure:
Method: If the photoresponsive operation of the solenoid valve and the valve switch does not have a corresponding nitrogen, the problem may be that the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve is connected to the circuit.
Treatment method: first check the nitrogen generator circuit to eliminate mechanical fault nitrogen. As a trouble-free circuit and replace the solenoid valve.
