Western magnetic material industry has shifted to developing countries
In recent years, the magnetic material industry in Western developed countries has shifted to developing countries, mainly compared to other industries, magnetic materials industry, labor intensity, power consumption, and product prices continue to decline and other factors; In addition, due to China's magnetic materials The rise and development of industry, in the middle and low-grade magnetic products, the price is foreign products can not compete. Nowadays, some foreign well-known magnetic material manufacturers are optimistic about China, such as Japan's TDK, FDK, NICERAMIC, EPSON, etc., PHILIPS in Europe, VAC and EPCOS in Germany, and MAGNEQUENCH in the United States are all established in China. In the future, TDK Japan's headquarters will only produce power ferrite products such as power supply transformer cores and communication transformers. These products are increasingly used in the U.S. market and communications. Japan's NICERAMIC has just begun a joint venture with Shanghai Magnetics Co., Ltd. and later found it profitable. Now that a wholly-owned company has been established in Kunshan, the output of ferrite has been increasing year after year. The current total output is about 5,000 tons. FDK is a joint venture in Nanjing and Sanhuan Jinning with an annual output of tens of thousands of soft magnetic cores. EPSON Japan is transferring all of its local magnetic device manufacturing plants to Shanghai and establishing a large-scale magnetic device production base to further meet the demand for magnetic devices in electronic information products such as computers, information appliances, and cameras. After the completion of the EPSON magnetic device base, the cost can be reduced by 15%, and the annual output of bonded NdFeB magnets will be expanded to more than 400 tons, thus becoming the world's second largest company in this field. Now it is a joint venture with Sanhuan, becoming one of the largest bonded NdFeB producers in Asia. McGovern Magnetic Company of the United States has set up a bonded NdFeB magnet rapidly quenched powder base with an annual output of 2,000 tons in Tianjin, which is mainly optimistic about the development of the Chinese and Asian markets. In addition, the Philips company in the Netherlands also transferred the production of color bias cores to China, and at the same time prepared to establish a soft ferrite production base and develop Mn-Zn ferrite soft magnetic. Siemens of Germany separated magnetic materials, set up VAC for rare earth permanent magnets, and established EPCOS for soft ferrites. Both companies have set up branches and manufacturing companies in China and expanded their presence in Asia. Taiwan's large companies in the magnetic materials industry have basically established their own wholly-owned or joint ventures in Guangdong Province, China. Such as NdFeB magnet manufacturer Hai En company, soft magnetic production company Xiu Bo, etc., are wholly owned enterprises in Dongguan. Some companies in Hong Kong, such as Xuhui, also have their own production companies in Guangdong Province. Now only in Dongguan, Taiwanese-funded enterprises have produced nickel-zinc-ferrite soft-magnetic cores of 0.5-10,000 to 10,000-ton/year, making them one of the largest production bases in the world. Taiwan's Yuefeng company has soft iron and iron production bases in Kunshan and Guangdong, China, with a production capacity of 10,000 tons.
Foreign magnetic material production companies have advanced to China, enhanced China's total production of magnetic materials and product grades, expanded China's magnetic material industry team, and accelerated China's construction of a magnetic material production base and sales market in the world.
