The use of solenoid valves is often not noticed by many apprentice friends. What is the specificity? Here is a brief introduction.

First of all, it should be noted that when the solenoid valve is used in a pneumatic system, it is generally wound with a raw material tape (ie, a sealing tape) when it is connected to a pneumatic component. It is also entangled in order to complete the function of the seal. However, experienced friends will definitely encounter such a phenomenon: it is a brand-new component, but it is always leaking when trying to test the machine. One of the main reasons for this is that the rotor pump is also the most common reason. When the raw material tape is wound, the raw material belt is not in the correct way, and some raw material belts are run into the gas path. This requires attention to a positive and negative sequence when winding the raw tape. Please ask the apprentices to experiment and experience.

Also, for a solenoid valve with a large current, a relay must be installed at the front end. Especially for the solenoid valve in the oil pressure system, since the current is large, if the relay is not installed, the life of the solenoid valve will be short.
