The principle of the direct-acting solenoid valve is that after the power is applied, the electromagnetic force generated by the coil of the solenoid valve causes the closing member to be lifted, and the valve is opened; after the power is turned off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring presses the closing member against the valve seat. On the top, the valve is closed. It is characterized by a vacuum and zero pressure environment.

The distributed direct-acting solenoid valve utilizes the principle of direct-acting and pilot-type combination. When there is no pressure difference, after the energization, the electromagnetic force lifts the small method and the closing member of the main valve in order, so that the valve opens; when the pressure difference reaches When starting the required differential pressure, energize or pilot the small valve, use the pressure difference to push the main valve to the top; after the power is turned off, the pilot valve uses the spring or medium pressure to push the closing member, so that the valve is closed. It is characterized by reliable operation even under vacuum and high pressure, but requires horizontal installation.

Pilot-operated solenoid valve, after energization, the action of electromagnetic force can open the pilot hole, forming a certain pressure difference around the closing member, so that the valve is opened; when the power is off, the force of the spring first closes the pilot hole to form a certain pressure difference. The valve is closed, which is characterized by a higher upper limit of the fluid pressure range, and can be installed arbitrarily, but the pressure difference condition of the fluid is required to be installed.
