What are the common faults and troubleshooting methods for solenoid valve coils?
First, the solenoid valve
coil is not sealed
Reasons: 1. The pilot head valve orifice is difficult to transfer the medium pressure; 2. The rubber seal on the iron core is worn or aged; 3. The spring is out of failure or damaged; 4. The lower piston seal is damaged.
Solution: 1. Clean the pilot head valve; 2. Replace the iron core rubber seal; 3. Replace the spring; 4. Replace the gasket.
Second, the solenoid valve
coil is not sensitive to the valve action.
Cause: The orifice on the piston is blocked.
Solution: Clean the dirt on the orifice.
Third, the solenoid valve
coil noise is too large
Cause: There is foreign matter or unclean between the iron core and the non-magnetic steel pipe.
Solution: Wash the parts with high purity alcohol.
