Bihl+Wiedemann (B+W) was founded in Mannheim in 1992 and has grown into a specialized international engineering company. . It is one of the major suppliers of safety technology and electronic components in the field of AS-Interface automation technology. Since 1995, with AS-Interface leading the world in 1995, Bihl+Wiedemann became the first AS-i main station to be certified by the AS-i International Association.
