Description of the details of the installation of stainless steel high platform ball valve

The stainless steel high-platform ball valve should be installed in strict accordance with the installation requirements on the product manual. The following details about the stainless steel ball valve should be noted during installation:
1. Rinse the stainless steel ball valve completely open;
2. After the stainless steel ball valve is connected with the pipeline, the flange connection bolt must be cross-locked with the specified torque;
3. Before the stainless steel flange ball valve is connected with the pipeline, the residual impurities in the pipeline must be removed;
4. During installation, the actuator part of the ball valve is not available as a lifting point for lifting to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories;
5. The cast steel flange ball valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline;
6. The pipe near the installation point of the cast steel ball valve can not be used with low hanging or external force. Pipe brackets or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline;
