Internal and external anti-corrosion instructions for vacuum valves

1 Valve body (including variable speed transmission box) inside and outside, first shot blasting sand rust removal, and strive to electrostatically spray powder epoxy resin, the thickness of 0.3mm or more. When a large-scale valve is difficult to spray epoxy resin, it should also be painted and sprayed with a similar epoxy paint.

2 The interior of the valve body and the various parts of the valve plate are required to be fully anti-corrosive. On the one hand, it will not rust when immersed in water, and no electrochemical corrosion will occur between the two metals. On the other hand, the smooth surface will reduce the water resistance.

3 The hygienic requirements for epoxy resin or paint for corrosion protection in the valve body shall be reported by the corresponding authority. Chemical and physical properties should also meet the relevant requirements.
