1 Cause: diaphragm and disc fall off

2 causes: the stem and the valve connecting pin are detached or broken due to wear

Prevention and elimination methods: Do not exceed the top dead center when opening, and repair it promptly after falling off.

3 causes: the active stem nut and the bonnet and stem connection are worn and stuck

Prevention and elimination methods: Regular cleaning, graphite and molybdenum disulfide dry powder for lubrication at the active part; fluorine diaphragm structure can add a small amount of grease to the active part.
