Vacuum diaphragm valve maintenance work

1 Before installing the diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the running condition of the pipeline is consistent with the scope of use specified by the valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from getting stuck or damage the sealing parts.

2 Do not apply grease to the rubber lining and rubber diaphragm surface to prevent the rubber from swelling and affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.

3 Handwheel or transmission mechanism, it is not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.

4 When manually operating the diaphragm valve, do not use the auxiliary lever to prevent excessive torque and damage the driving parts or sealing parts.

5 Diaphragm valves should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. It is strictly forbidden to stack. The two ends of the inventory diaphragm valve are sealed, and the opening and closing parts should be in the micro-open state.
