Valve positioner installation process introduction

The correct valve installation method not only ensures the normal operation of the valve, but also reduces valve wear and reduces production costs. What are the precautions for valve positioner installation? The following is the specific installation procedure for the valve positioner:
1. Fix the valve positioner and the mounting plate together by opening the case on the valve positioner and connecting it with the mounting plate by three M5*20 screws through the three holes in the case.

2. Connect the feedback part of the valve positioner to the KEYSTONE cylinder, loosen the stem nut on the regulator valve, and insert the support plate in the feedback part between the indicator and the coupling nut.
3. Fix the M10*15 screws of the mounting plate with the valve positioner and the two screw holes of the actuator bracket according to the required position.

4. Insert the connecting pin on the feedback connection plate in the feedback component into the valve positioner cam feedback dry opening slot.
5. Different types of actuators should ensure that when the valve position is 50%, the cam feedback lever should be in the horizontal position.
6. After adjusting the parts of the installation and connection, fix it tightly.
