Points to note when using the pressure switch

Pressure switches are widely used in high and low pressure protection control of household, commercial and automotive refrigeration systems, steam conditions and power stations; accumulators, receivers, flash tanks, separators, scrubbers, refineries. It can also be used for high and low pressure protection control of various equipment tools. However, in the selection of pressure switches, the following points must be noted:

1. The necessity of explosion-proof: Explosion-proof forms are divided into explosion-proof and intrinsically safe types, and most of Nagano products are explosion-proof.

2. Do you need to bring instructions: according to customer instructions.

3. Number of contacts: one contact (one output) or two contacts (two outputs).

4. Determination of set value and pressure range: The recommended setting range is between 30% and 65% of the pressure range, and the range can be set between 15% and 90% of the pressure range.

5. The form of the connection difference: adjustable or fixed.

6. Is there a pulsation: If the pressure is pulsating or vibrating, a throttle valve is needed to suppress damage to the meter by the pulsating pressure.

7. Where the diaphragm is used: When measuring corrosiveness, high viscosity or excessive temperature, a diaphragm is required.
