Liquid level switch selection knowledge and instructions
Liquid level switch company, producing high quality products, * worry about sales, but in the enterprise use liquid level switch, how to choose a suitable liquid level switch product, how to let others choose, get customer recognition, today, we will Explain how to make the selection of the level switch.
Liquid level switch selection: Please list the float level switch according to the characteristics of temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance, etc., and various specifications.
1. Temperature: PVDF* high temperature is 120 °C, PP* high is 80 °C, PA* high temperature is 105 °C SUS304/316* high is 200 °C.
2, pressure: plastic float pressure * large 5kg / cm2, SUS float pressure * large 30kg / cm2.
3. Adhesion: The ball with a large ball and a small specific gravity should be used to overcome the surface tension of the liquid.
4. Chemical properties: PVDF plastic material is suitable for acid and alkali sites. For H2SO4 sulfuric acid, PVDF should be used if temperature is considered. PP plastic material is suitable for HCl hydrochloric acid. NBR rubber is suitable for use in oil environments.
5, oil: should be made of stainless steel metal.
6. Specific gravity: The weight of the float SG must be less than the liquid to be tested, otherwise the float will not float.
7. Protection and explosion-proof grade: Various junction boxes can be selected according to customer requirements. The junction box is complete in specifications, with plastic, aluminum alloy and stainless steel explosion-proof type, and the protection grade can reach IP-65 or above.
8, electrical switch form: contact capacity 50W / 250VAC SPST or 40W / 250VAC SPDT
9, installation and connection: the connection flange has JIS, DIN, ANSI specifications; thread mouth has NPT, PF, BSP, M, UNC and other specifications, and pay attention to the problem of mounting holes and float size.
10. Length of the guide rod: refers to the total length of the mounting reference surface to the bottom of the guide rod.
I believe that with this knowledge, we can help you better select the liquid level switch.
