Rotary type level switch installation precautions

The rotary-type level switch is used for detecting the level of solid materials (powder and pellet). Its unique sealing design, superior overload protection and easy installation make it widely used in feed. Food, pharmaceutical, chemical, plastic, construction, fertilizer and other industries.
The installation precautions for the rotary level switch have the following points:
1. Please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage above the label before installation.
2. The resistance level switch should be avoided to be installed at the inlet. When it is unavoidable, a protective baffle can be installed to protect the blade from material impact.
3. When installing horizontally, the inlet box of the junction box should be vertically facing downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be locked. If there are conditions, a rain cover can be added.
4. Confirm horizontal installation or vertical installation before installation.
5. When installing horizontally, the blade should be installed at an angle of 10~20° downward to reduce the impact of materials.
