How to use the liquid level switch reasonably and fully?
The liquid level switch, also called the water level switch, the liquid level sensor, as the name suggests, is the switch used to control the liquid level. Formally divided into contact and non-contact.
Commonly used non-contact switches have capacitive liquid level switches, and contact float type liquid level switches are widely used*. Electrode type liquid level switch, electronic liquid level switch, and capacitive liquid level switch can also be realized by contact method.
The float level switch is a liquid level controller with simple structure, convenient use and reliable **. It is faster than the general mechanical switch and has a long working life. Compared with the electronic switch, the water level switch and the liquid level switch have the characteristics of strong anti-load impact capability, and one product can realize multi-point control. It has been widely used in shipbuilding, paper making, printing, generator equipment, petrochemical, food industry, water treatment, electrician, dye industry, hydraulic machinery and so on.
  working principle:
The magnetic float of the float level switch is raised or lowered with the liquid level, so that the sensor detects the position of the reed switch chip in the tube, and sends a contact opening (off) switching signal.
One or more reed switches are installed in the closed non-magnetic tube, and then the tube is passed through one or more floating balls with hollow magnets inside, and the rise or fall of the liquid will move the floats up and down together. Thereby, the reed switch in the non-magnetic tube generates an action of sucking or breaking, thereby outputting a switching signal.
