Five points of installation of material level switch
1. Before installing the material level switch, please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage above the label and install it according to the instruction manual.
2. When installing the material level switch, avoid the feeding port. If the material falls directly on the blade after falling, it will easily cause damage to the material level switch blade. When it is unavoidable, a protective baffle can be added.
3. When the material level switch is installed horizontally on the side wall of the outdoor silo, the inlet port of the junction box of the level gauge should be vertically downward. The cable fixing nut needs to be locked. If the working conditions permit, rain can be added. Cover, etc., to prevent rainwater from penetrating the circuit board inside the instrument housing.
4. Before installing the level gauge in the silo, you need to confirm whether it is horizontal or vertical, oblique or top.
5. When the level gauge is installed horizontally, the blades should be installed at an angle of 10 to 20° horizontally to reduce the impact of materials on the level gauge.
