1. The fingering of the flange should point to the core of the tank wall or tank;
2. If using a waveguide installation, the flange mark should point to the side of the opening;
3. If using a bypass pipe installation, the flange mark should be on the side that points to the communication pipe;

In the application process of the intelligent radar level gauge, the amplitude of the echo signal indicates whether the installation position is the best. If the solid material should be used for the purpose, if the amplitude of the echo signal is low, the flange can be rotated, and each hole is rotated to make the interference echo. Minimize. Extra can also be stored through false echoes to achieve the best survey results;
     The steps are as follows:
(1) Before the process of opening the tank is connected, it must be clearly recognized that there is no pressure in the tank and there is no harmful medium;
(2) It should be clearly recognized that the empty tank or material level in the vessel should be positioned and debugged under the condition of covering the bottom of the tank. The positioning and debugging can also be carried out under the condition that the material level is small; the false level can be stored and the radar level can be Calculate the echo signal to optimize;
(3) Turn the flange mark to a hole position, or turn the turnbuckle by 1/8 turn, pay attention to the amplitude, and then rotate the flange or turnbuckle until it turns one turn to locate the best position of the echo signal. ;
(4) Fix the flange at the optimal position or tighten the turnbuckle. If it is indispensable, change it to seal tightly.
