meter work with high precision?
1. Selection: Firstly, the process flow should be determined during the selection, and then the dia
meter of the flow
meter should be selected according to the process flow. The upper limit of the process flow should not be less than 70% of the upper limit of the flow
meter design. This is the only way to ensure that the flow
meter is operating at its optimum condition. Thereby ensuring the accuracy of the flow
meter. In addition, the dia
meter of the process pipeline must be consistent with the dia
meter of the flow
meter, otherwise it will bring errors.
2, the choice of mass flow
meter installation environment
a. The installation position of the mass flow
meter must be away from vibration sources and magnetic fields (such as large motors and large vibration sources).
b. The mass flow
meter must be grounded. The flow signal generated by the
sensor is very weak, usually in microvolts or millivolts, so preventing external electromagnetic interference is an important factor in the use of mass flow
meters.
c. The mass flow
meter should be installed on the pipeline without stress. The straight pipe sections before and after should be the first 10DN and the rear 5DN. There should be brackets on both sides of the mass flow
meter. And the mass flow
meter must also be equipped with a shut-off valve (for the purpose of disassembly and assembly and mass flow
meter zero adjustment).
After the mass flow
meter is normally put into use, first close the outlet valve, then close the inlet valve to see if the flow
meter indication is zero or zero, then the flow
meter is all normal, otherwise, find a professional verification personnel to make adjustments. After the flow
meter is calibrated, the para
meter indicators must never be changed, otherwise the mass flow
meter will be misaligned. The mass flow
meter does not need to be adjusted in the normal installation.
