Sewage electromagnetic flowmeter description
(1) The sensing element is not in contact with the measuring medium and can be used for measuring the flow rate of the corrosive conductive medium;
(2) The measuring range is wide, and the range ratio of the same electromagnetic flow
meter can reach 1:100;
(3) no pressure loss;
(4) The detection part has no moving parts:
(5) The flow rate of the positive and negative fluids can be measured;
(6) The response speed is fast.
The above is the advantage of the electromagnetic flow
meter, but it also has certain limitations and deficiencies.
(1) The measured medium must be electrically conductive:
(2) Due to the limitation of the material of the measuring tube lining, the general temperature range is 0~200 °C, and because the electrode is embedded in the catheter, the working pressure of the electromagnetic flow
meter is also limited.
(3) The electromagnetic flow
meter has a complicated structure and a high price.
