Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter signal conversion function introduction
1 A/D sampling, sampling every 1/12 s;
2 D / A conversion, output 4 ~ 20 mA current;
3 The two excitation square wave signals with the opposite phase and the same frequency required for the electromagnetic flow
meter are required to generate the frequency of 30 Hz and 60 Hz;
4 generating a 20 ms pulse sampling signal that is close to the falling edge of the 2-way excitation square wave signal;
5 liquid crystal display, showing flow results, detection status (empty/full tube status, positive/negative flow), setting para
meters and self-diagnosis results, etc.
6 keyboard management, set 3 buttons to process the keyboard actions;
7 pulse output, converting the flow result into pulse signal output in the range of 0~1 000 Hz;
Flow status detection/output, detecting that the pipeline is empty or full, the flow direction is forward or reverse, and the corresponding switch is output.
