This installation method is issued to the flow sensor of the ultrasonic flowmeter. Ultrasonic waves are easily received by the measured flow sensor, while the signal strength of the flow meter host is guaranteed and high-precision measurements are guaranteed.
2. When measuring new pipelines, when encountering paint or crossing zinc pipelines, the surface of the pipeline can be treated with roving first, and then treated with spun yarn, so that the flow sensor of ultrasonic flowmeter is installed smoothly and evenly, ultrasonic The flowmeter's flow probe is in good contact with the outer wall of the pipe being measured.
3. When the pipeline is in a vertical upward direction, if the fluid in the pipeline flows from the bottom to the top, it can be measured. If the liquid is a top-down flow, the pipeline is not suitable for flow data collection.
4. In addition, before collecting the flow data of a pipeline, it is necessary to measure the outer circumference of the pipeline (using a tape measure), the wall thickness (using a thickness gauge), the temperature of the outer wall of the pipe (surface temperature measuring instrument), etc., because many The accuracy of the measurement is not accurate, not because of the problem of the instrument itself, but by the so-called parameter deviation problem of the field staff. Believe in your own eyes and don't trust your ears.
5 The ultrasonic flowmeter is set accurately in the field pipeline parameters. After the parameter setting, the sensor installation distance will be automatically calculated in the instrument. After fixing one sensor, then fine-tuning another sensor, when the signal quality and transmission time ratio can meet the requirements. The collected data is accurate data and can be fixed to another sensor.
6 Ultrasonic flowmeter can measure the pipeline with lining, but the lining and pipeline part of the pipeline must be in tight contact. If there is a gap between the lining and the pipeline, please choose other instruments or communicate with the manufacturer.
