       First, the poppet valve jumps due to insufficient compressed air, there are two main reasons
       1. The oil-water separator between the gas storage tank and the poppet valve causes blockage of the filter element due to dirty compressed air;

       2. After the poppet valve has been operated for a long time, the seal wears, causing the compressed air to leak, resulting in insufficient air supply.

       solution:
       1. Add a set of oil-water separators. When it is found that the filter element is dirty, another set can be replaced to clean the dirty one.

       2. In addition to timely replacement of poppet seals, the following measures should also be taken: The air pressure of the poppet valve is adjusted between 0.25 and 0.5 MPa to ensure that each poppet valve can act within the specified time and the pressure should not be too high. , otherwise it is easy to make the cylinder seal aging, when the leakage point increases, you can increase the pressure of the gas supply; ensure the oil-water separator for fuel, the oil supply speed can not be too small, so as not to lose oil. In addition, add a certain amount of grease at the stem of the lift cylinder.

       Second, dust collector bag damage:
       After sampling the bag, the results showed that the air permeability, blasting strength, and breaking strength of the parts other than the broken parts were within the use range. At the same time, it was found that the damaged part of the dust bag was almost 20-40 cm away from the bag mouth, and it was damaged from the internal wear. The main reason for determining it should be related to the backflush system. One is that the nozzle of the backflush system is not correct, causing the reverse blow deflection; on the other hand, the backpressure of the compressed air is too high.

       Rubber diaphragm solution:
       1. To carry out transformation of the injection system, high cost of renovation, long cycle, can not be completed within the normal maintenance period. After research, it was decided to increase the sheath inside the bag. This method is simple and easy to operate and the cost is relatively low. During the Spring Festival 2008 overhaul, ordinary tin-sheathed sheaths were installed on bags with more damaged and damaged records.

       2. The back-blow compressed air pressure is controlled between 0.25 and 0.35 MPa, and the ash on the bag can be removed. If the pressure is too high, the service life of the bag is affected. It can be adjusted by observing the change of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the precipitator so that the pressure difference is within the control requirements (design pressure difference <1700Pa). 3 Adjust the injection procedure and adjust the injection pulse width from 150ms to 250ms to reduce the injection intensity and reduce the wear of the bag.
