Ultrasonic flowmeter is a non-contact measuring device. Its measuring components are free from wear and are not affected by dielectric density, dielectric constant and electrical conductivity. The measurement accuracy is high within a certain range, but it is not suitable for high temperature and high pressure. The interface has fluctuations, bubbles, foam, and dust. 1. Is the instantaneous flowmeter fluctuating? A, the signal intensity fluctuates greatly; B, the measured fluid fluctuation itself is large; Solution: Adjust the probe position and increase the signal strength (maintain above 3%) to ensure the signal strength is stable. If the fluid fluctuation is large, the position is not good. Re-select the point to ensure the 5D working condition after the first 10D. 2. Is the signal of the external clip type flowmeter low? If the pipe diameter is too large, the pipe is fouled seriously, or the installation method is wrong. Solution: For over-sized pipe and serious scaling, it is recommended to use a plug-in probe or select the “Z” type mounting method. 3. Is the signal reduced after the plug-in probe is used for a period of time? There may be a shift in the probe or a thick scale on the probe surface. Solution: Re-adjust the probe position and clear the probe emitting surface. 4, boot no display Check whether the power supply attribute corresponds to the rated value of the meter and whether the fuse is blown.
