The vortex flowmeter is adopted by many industries because of its simple structure, small maintenance, accurate precision, easy operation and wide application range. The installation situation of the vortex flowmeter is mostly complicated. The following are the common factors that can affect the measurement accuracy of the vortex flowmeter: 1. Pulsating flow can affect the measurement results of most flow meters, resulting in large measurement; 2. The vortex flowmetersensor detects the frequency signal, and the vibration will have a huge impact on the detection result; 3, the length of the straight pipe before and after can fully ensure the smoothness of the flow of the medium in the pipeline, and achieve the best measurement results; 4. When the medium contains impurities that are easily adsorbed on the sensor and the generating body, the sensitivity of the sensor is lowered, the width of the body is changed, and the coefficients in the meter are changed, and the measurement result without reliable basis is obtained; 5. When the measured medium temperature is too high, the insulation resistance will decrease with the increase of temperature, affecting the output signal. It is recommended to use a split flowmeter for measuring high temperature medium; 6, the flow range is the most basic parameters of the vortex flowmeter work, the appropriate flow range can be adapted to the needs of the customer site; 7. The low flow rate is a great test for the vortex flowmeter. If the flow rate is too low, the vortex will not be stable, and the flow signal will sometimes be absent. 8. The connecting line should be shielded. The line should be grounded to prevent interference from external current signals, which will make the measurement result larger. Accuracy measurements depend not only on the quality of the vortex flowmeter, but also on the use and maintenance of the site. Avoid the following points when using, and minimize the error.
