1. The flow measurement value fluctuates greatly

Analysis: Most of the reason for this is because there is a pump next to the flowmeter at the installation site. The medium is turbulent when passing through the flow, and the pump will interfere with the flowmeter measurement, resulting in unstable measurement results.
 
Solution: Install the flowmeter away from the environment with interference factors such as pumps, and ensure the length of the straight pipe section to ensure fluid stability.
 
2, the measured value is not allowed
 
Problem: The measurement results are inaccurate, and sometimes there are empty tube alarms and lower limit alarms.
 
Analysis: The medium is not full. In order for the flowmeter to be accurate, it must be ensured that the medium is full.
 
Solution: Workmanship process changes to ensure that the media is full.
 
3, the flowmeter is damaged
 
Problem: The flowmeter is in a flooded condition and is damaged.
 
Analysis: When the flowmeter is in long-term immersion, the protection level is not suitable.
 
Solution: In the installation of long-term soaking water in the flowmeter, you must choose the protection level of IP68, otherwise the electromagnetic flowmeter will really break.
