Electromagnetic flowmeter device clarification instructions

Electromagnetic flowmeters are widely used in sewage, fluorine chemicals, consumer water, water industry, medicine, steel and many other aspects. Due to the principle resolution it can only measure conductive liquids. Although it is much better in terms of reliability and stability than other types of flowmeters, customers still have some problems during the practical application. Below I will elaborate on the electromagnetic flowmeter in the selection and installation:
 
    First, like other flowmeters, although the electromagnetic flowmeter has a measuring range of 30:1, which is higher than the vortex flowmeter and the differential pressure flowmeter, but it is also limited. Many customers often set the timetable. Compared with the water meter, it is thought to be able to measure a very low flow rate. Under normal conditions, it can only measure 0.1m/s. Below this flow rate, the electromagnetic flowmeter is difficult to measure correctly. Therefore, at the beginning of the order, the flow range should be clearly defined. When ordering, you can't order the original pipe diameter. It is best to set the meter according to your actual flow.
 
    Second, like other flow meters, the electromagnetic flowmeter also has a request for the straight pipe before and after the device, but it is lower than other flowmeter requests, but the most important thing to satisfy is that it is full pipe and full pipe. Under the condition of dissatisfaction, it is easy to cause the flow meter to jump:
 
    Third, like other flowmeters, the electromagnetic flowmeter also has a degree of protection. The general integrated protection grade is IP65, and the split type is IP68 (for sensors). If the customer has a request for the instrumentation environment, the device location is open and overcast. Wells or other humid centrals, advocating customers to choose a split type. In order to avoid the selection of the wrong form of damage to the instrument.
 
    Fourth, the electromagnetic flowmeter can measure corrosive liquids, but the customer should correctly provide other measuring media properties at the beginning of ordering, so as to avoid errors in the selection of the electrodes during the selection, which will cause the sensors to be scrapped in the later application process, causing inconvenience to the customers. Economic loss.
 
    Fifth, although the electromagnetic flowmeter is relatively reliable, it will not be damaged under normal conditions, but due to its principle resolution, the surface of the sensor electrode is constantly in contact with the liquid. For a long time, the appearance of the electrode is relatively susceptible to contamination. Therefore, under the normal conditions of the electromagnetic flowmeter, under the condition that the customer has the condition to dismantle, it is recommended to remove the electrode once a year to one and a half years to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. Any instrumentation is required to "support", and electromagnetic flowmeters are no exception.
6. When the main line is a vertical line, under normal conditions, the water flow is requested from the bottom up, and try not to go from top to bottom. The latter is prone to cause the flow to be shaken. In addition to the full tube, this is also important, followed by the spacing of the straight pipes.
 
Choose the center that is easy to maintain and the activity is convenient. The flow meter should be installed at the rear end of the pump and must not be on the suction side; the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow.
