The batch (quantitative) control function means that the flow meter outputs a switching signal when the flow rate is accumulated from 0 to a certain set value. The user uses this signal to perform specific control functions.

1, interface signal

a) Batch (quantitative) control uses AH and COM input signals. When two terminals are short-circuited (switch is closed), the total control (ΣS) is cleared, and the response time is 300ms. That is, the user should give a time width greater than 300ms control signal.

b) Batch (quantitative) control uses the AL terminal as the output control signal, and the common end of the signal is COM.

2, electromagnetic flowmeter parameter setting

When the user uses the batch (quantitative) control function, it should be set in the parameter setting, the “control total value” parameter, the value should be the value of the total control point, and the value can be set up to 59999 “special clarification, the value is 59999, It does not represent a single unit value of 59999m3 or 59999L, but represents the 9999 effective number, which is the last five digits of the control total ΣS, so the user should pay special attention to the setting, and set the value reasonably." (ΣS) When this value is reached, AL outputs a low level.

3, electromagnetic flowmeter operation control

The user first uses the AH input control terminal to clear the control total (ΣS). [If the switch keeps on closing, the total control (ΣS) is cleared], at this time, AL is in a high state (the switch is turned open). If the AH input control terminal inputs a high level (switch is turned on), the total amount of control (ΣS) starts to accumulate. When the set value is reached, AL outputs a low level (switch is closed) to complete one cycle of control.

4, electromagnetic flowmeter is equipped with communication software for L-Mag-P-51, batch control communication in the single command communication dedicated command communication. When the total amount of control is cleared, the total control time and value start accumulate, and when the value set by the control total is reached, the total control time and value are aborted.
