    The main problems of vortex flowmeter
    Mainly: 1 indicates long-term inaccuracy; 2 has no indication; 3 indicates wide-ranging shake, can't read; 4 indicates no return to zero; 5 has no indication when there is small flow; 8 indicates high flow, and can not be instructed at small flow ; 7 When the fluid quality changes, the change can not keep up; 8 K coefficient of the meter can not be affirmed, and many materials are not divided.
 
    Analysis and Treatment of Main Problems of Vortex Flowmeter

Due to the confusing problems, there are different levels of problems from the juice setting device, parameter setting, daily maintenance and operating environment. Some problems are formed by different reasons, and some reasons are related to different problems.
 
    Summarizing the main reasons for these problems, mainly touched the following aspects:
    1. Problems in the selection of vortex flowmeters. Some vortex sensors are selected on the caliber selection or after the design and selection, due to the change of process conditions, so that the selection is larger - the specifications should be selected as small as possible to improve the measurement accuracy. The reason for this is mainly the same. Questions 1, 3, and 6 are related. For example, a vortex pipeline design is used for several equipments. Because the local equipment is sometimes not used, the current practice uses flow reduction, and the practical application forms the original design. The caliber is too large, which is equivalent to the improvement of the measurable flow. The lower limit, the indication of the small flow of the process pipeline can not be guaranteed, and the flow can be used when the flow is large, because it is sometimes too difficult to re-engineer. Changes in process conditions are only temporary. The re-tuning of the separable parameters is done to improve the indication accuracy.
 
    2. Problems with the vortex flowmeter device. The main reason is that the length of the straight pipe in front of the sensor is not enough, which affects the measurement accuracy. The reason for this is mainly related to the problem 1. For example, the straight pipe section in front of the sensor is obviously lacking. Since the FIC203 is not used for measurement, it is only used for control, so the current accuracy can be applied equivalent to the downgrade operation.
