The turbine flowmeter has the advantages of high precision, good repeatability, no zero drift, and high range ratio. Turbine meters have high-quality bearings and specially designed baffles, which greatly reduce wear and tear, are insensitive to peaks, and can give robust measurement variables even under harsh conditions. The turbometer output signal is pulsed and easy to digitize. The turbometer has low pressure loss and the blades are corrosion resistant and can measure thin and corrosive media. What's more, there are a lot of small problems with the turbometer in the installation and the time of use, but it is necessary to pay attention to these details to ensure the accurate measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. If you don't pay attention to a lot of details, it is very difficult to find the problem when you use it. Today, you will summarize the problems that are easy to ignore, and hope that it will attract everyone's attention. It mainly includes the following aspects: Request for a straight pipe: The flowmeter must be installed on the pipeline to the extent necessary (the pipeline is inclined within 50). When the device is installed, the flowmeter axis should be concentric with the pipe axis, and the flow direction should be different. The length of the upstream pipeline of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of not less than 2D. If the installation of the installation is sufficient, the upstream straight pipe section is 20D and the downstream is 5D. Request for piping: The inner diameter of the upstream and downstream piping of the turbometer unit is the same as the inner diameter of the flowmeter. Request for the bypass pipe: In order to ensure that the turbometer does not affect the normal operation of the medium during maintenance, the shut-off valve (shut-off valve) should be installed on the pipeline before and after the flowmeter, and the bypass pipe should be set at the same time. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the flowmeter. When the flowmeter is used, the upstream shut-off valve must be fully open to prevent unstable flow in the upstream fluid. Request for external environment: The flowmeter is preferably installed indoors, and it is necessary to use sunscreen, rainproof and lightning protection measures when the device is outdoors, so as not to affect the service life. Request for impurities in the media: To ensure the service life of the turbometer, the filter should be installed in front of the straight pipe section of the flowmeter. There is also a selection. The selection is within the regular flow range, avoiding overspeed operation to ensure the desired accuracy and normal service life. In the pipeline before the device, the debris in the pipeline should be cleared: debris, welding slag, stones, dust, etc. The filter recommended in the upstream device 5 micron mesh is used to block the droplets and sand. When the flowmeter is put into operation, the front valve should be opened slowly, and then the rear valve should be opened to avoid the impact of the airflow during the smashing and damage the turbine. Add smooth oil should be operated according to the sign, the number of refueling depends on the clean level of the temperament, usually 2-3 times a year. Flowmeter damage can occur due to pressure testing, purge piping or exhaust forming turbine overspeed, and turbine operation in reverse flow. When the flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the front and rear covers at will, and the internal parameters are changed. Otherwise, the normal operation of the flowmeter will be affected. Be careful to install the gasket to ensure that no protrusions enter the pipe to avoid interference with normal flow measurements. The flow meter collects pressure on the flow meter pressure tap at the time of calibration.
