About the electromagnetic flowmeter device has to say something to explain

Electromagnetic flowmeters are used in many fields such as sewage, fluorine chemical, drinking water, tap water occupation, medicine, steel and so on. Because the principle chooses it can only measure conductive liquid. Although it is much better in reliability and stability than other types of flowmeters, there are still some problems in the customer's practical application. Below I will elaborate on the electromagnetic flowmeter in the selection and equipment:
 
    First, it is the same as other flowmeters. Of course, the electromagnetic flowmeter has a measurement scale ratio of 30:1, which is higher than that of vortex flowmeter and differential pressure flowmeter, but it is also limited. Many customers often set the timetable. Comparing it with a water meter, it is considered that a very low flow rate can be measured. In general, it can only measure 0.1 m/s. Below this flow rate, the electromagnetic flowmeter is difficult to measure correctly. Therefore, at the beginning of the order, the flow scale should be clearly defined. When ordering, you can't order according to the original pipe diameter. It is best to set the surface caliber according to your actual flow.
 
    Second, like other flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters are also pleading for straight pipelines before and after the equipment, but they are lower than other types of flowmeters, but the most important thing is to satisfy: full tube and full tube. In the case of dissatisfaction with the tube, it simply causes the flow meter to jump:
 
    Third, as with other flowmeters, the electromagnetic flowmeter also has a degree of protection. The general integrated protection grade is IP65, and the split type is IP68 (for sensors). It is assumed that the customer has a request for the surface equipment environment, and the equipment location is exposed. Wells or other wet centers, customers are advised to use split type. Avoid mistakes in the formation of damage to the surface.
 
    Fourth, the electromagnetic flowmeter can measure corrosive liquids, but the customer should correctly supply the characteristics of other measuring media at the beginning of ordering, avoiding the fault of the electrode selection during the selection, causing the sensor to be invalid in the later application process, which brings inconvenience to the customer. And economic losses.
 
    Fifth, although the electromagnetic flowmeter is relatively good, it will not be damaged under normal circumstances, but because of its principle choice, the surface of the sensor electrode is constantly touching with the liquid, and the electrode surface is relatively simple and polluted. Therefore, in the case of electromagnetic flowmeters under normal circumstances, it is recommended that the customer remove the electrode once a year to a year and a half to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. The surface of any instrument is required to be "maintenance", and the electromagnetic flowmeter is not an exception.
Sixth, when the main line is a straight pipeline, under normal circumstances, the water flow is requested from the bottom up, try not to go from top to bottom. The latter simply caused the flow to be less firm. In addition to the full tube, this is also very important, followed by the interval between the straight pipe. Choose a center that is easy to repair and has convenient activities. The flowmeter should be at the rear end of the pump and must not be on the suction side; the valve should be on the downstream side of the flow.
