What are the correct operation methods for intelligent electromagnetic flowmeters?

The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is an all-round intelligent flowmeter developed and developed by domestic and foreign advanced technology. It is very different from the old-fashioned or non-intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, especially in measurement accuracy, reliability, stability, and function. And the use of life and other aspects.
 
1. Select the corresponding water pump according to the pipe diameter and flow volume of the suspension test.
 
Second, if the system uses compact aerodynamics, open the air compressor and reach the air source pressure requested by the system to ensure the fast switching of the commutator and the normal operation of the clamp;
 
3. After the flowmeter is properly connected to the equipment, it should be preheated for 30 minutes according to the requirements of the verification procedure;
 
Fourth, if you choose a high-level tank water source, you should check whether the overflow signal of the stabilized water tower can appear. Before the formal test, it should be requested according to the verification procedure, and the calibration medium should be circulated in the pipeline system for a long time. Check whether the seal parts in the pipeline are leaking together;
 
5. Before the initial formal verification, the verification medium shall be filled with the flowmeter sensor to be inspected, and then the downstream valve shall be turned off to stop the zero adjustment;
 
6. At the initial inspection, the valve at the front end of the pipeline should be opened first, and the valve after the flowmeter to be inspected should be gradually opened to schedule the flow at the verification point.
 
7. In the calibration process, the flow stability of each flow point should be within 1% to 2% - the flow method, and the total amount rule can be within 5%. When the verification process of a flow point is completed, the temperature change of the verification medium shall not exceed 1 °C, and shall not exceed 5 °C when all verification processes are completed. The pressure of the flowmeter under test should be high enough to ensure that flashing and cavitation do not occur in the active pipeline (especially within the short diameter);
 
8. After each test, the valve at the front end of the test line should be closed first, then the pump should be stopped to avoid venting the voltage regulator. It is necessary to vent the remaining test medium in the test pipeline together, and finally close the control system and the air compressor.
