Mission principle:

2, the choice of vortex flowmeter device status
1 When there are elbows, valves and pumps on the upstream and upstream of the vortex flowmeter device, the fluid forms a transverse secondary flow in the pipeline, and the flow velocity is dispersed. When the length of the straight pipe is lacking, the measurement accuracy drops. In some cases, the length of the upstream straight pipe section is not less than 10D, and the length of the upstream straight pipe section is not less than 5D. When there is a pump or the like in the upstream, the length of the straight pipe section is requested to be not less than 30D. Do not install the meter on the outlet side of the pump. This will create a tube vacuum that will cause measurement errors. Where D is the inner diameter of the pipe.
2 Ensure that the pipe is filled with liquid during the measurement, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy. When tilting or tilting the device, move the liquid to be measured from bottom to top. The liquid to be measured cannot contain too many bubbles.
3 Try to prevent the vibration of the pipeline as much as possible. If it is not possible to prevent the sensor from being separated from the transmitter, fix the pipeline within 2~5D on the upstream and upstream sides of the flowmeter. Prevent the transmitter from being damaged by severe vibration.
4 There should be no large-scale motor and other equipment in the left side of the flowmeter, otherwise induction disturbance will occur, which will affect the measurement accuracy of the instrument.
5 The injection of chemicals is prevented on the upstream side of the flowmeter, so that the distribution of the conductivity is extremely uneven, which causes significant disturbance to the measurement of the flowmeter.
6 When installing the flowmeter, the axis of the electrode should be approximated. If the axis of the electrode is perpendicular to the air, the left electrode on the upper electrode can easily collect air bubbles to block the liquid from contacting it, and the electrode on the upper surface is easily covered by dirt.
1. Because the induced signal voltage of the vortex flowmeter is small, it is easily affected by noise. The reference potential must be identical to the liquid being measured. The accuracy of the grounding of the vortex flowmeter is indirectly related to the accuracy and stability of the measurement.
1 When the flow casing is grounded, the measured liquid is electrically connected to the ground and is at zero potential. Therefore, a symmetric potential signal of the same magnitude but opposite polarity is induced on the two electrodes of the sensor; at the same time, the flowmeter casing is grounded, which can shield the consequences. To restrain the electromagnetic interference of the external and excitation systems.
2 When a strong stray current is attached to the pipe, stray current should be blocked from flowing through the flowmeter. When installing the device, first install an insulated short tube between the pipe and the flow meter, and then connect the two ends of the pipe with a copper wire with an area of not less than 16 mm2. In this way, the current in the pipe is shunted from the copper wire and no longer passes through the flow meter, so that the disturbance increases.
