Classification of solenoid valve

There are closed chambers in the solenoid valve and open holes in different positions. Each hole leads to different tubing. According to the pressure of medium in the pipe, the vacuum type (-0.1~0Mpa), low pressure type (0~0.8Mpa), medium pressure type (1.0~2.5Mpa), high pressure type (4.0~6.4Mpa) and ultra high pressure type (10~21Mpa) can be divided into normal temperature type (5 C ~80 C), medium temperature type (100 C ~150 C), and high temperature type (150 C ~220). At high temperature (250 ~450 C), low temperature (-40 C ~0 C), ultra low temperature (-196 C). According to the working voltage is divided into: AC voltage: AC220V 380V 110V 24V; DC voltage: DC24V 12V 6V 220V; commonly used voltage is AC220V DC24V, recommended users try to choose common voltage, special voltage supply cycle longer.
According to the protection level of solenoid valve, it can be divided into: explosion-proof, waterproof, outdoor type and so on.
Use solenoid valve: can only be used as switch volume, is DO control, can only be used for small pipe control, common in DN50 and below pipes, up very little. 1. switch mode: solenoid valve is driven by the coil, which can only be opened or closed, and the action time of the switch is short. 2. the nature of work: solenoid valve general circulation coefficient is very small, and the working pressure is very small. Solenoid valve can be reset in general power failure, electric valve to such functions need to add reset device. 3. applicable process: solenoid valve is suitable for some special process requirements, such as leakage, special fluid medium, and so on, and the price is more expensive. The selection of type selection valve should first follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability and economy, and more importantly, the cost of a solenoid valve in the whole automatic control system and even the production line is negligible in the whole automatic control system.
