Sealing material commonly used for solenoid valve

NBR butadiene cyanide rubber: it is suitable for petroleum hydraulic oil, glycol hydraulic oil, two ester lubricating oil, gasoline, water, silicon grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. It is not suitable for polar solvents, such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbon, MEK and chloroform. The general use temperature range is -40~120 C.

HNBR hydrogenated butadiene rubber: excellent corrosion resistance, tear resistance and compression resistance, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance and weather resistance. Better antiwear property than butadiene rubber. It is suitable for washing machine, automobile engine system and refrigeration system using new environment-friendly refrigerant R134a. It is not recommended for use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. The general use temperature range is -40~150 C.

SIL silicone rubber: it has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance and weathering resistance. It has good insulation performance. But the tensile strength is lower than that of general rubber and is not oil resistant. It is suitable for household appliances such as electric water heaters, electric iron, microwave ovens, etc. It also applies to all kinds of articles that are in contact with the human body, such as kettle, water dispenser and so on. It is not recommended for use in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and sodium hydroxide. The general use temperature range is -55~250 C.

VITON fluorocarbon rubber: high temperature resistance is superior to silicone rubber, has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is bad. It has resistance to most oil products and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. It is suitable for sealing requirements of diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. It is not recommended to use ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrates. The general use temperature range is -20~250 C.

FLS fluorosilicone rubber: its properties are fluorinated rubber and silicone rubber. It has good oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. It can resist the erosion of oxygenated compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents and chlorine containing solvents. It is generally used in aviation, space and military purposes. It is not recommended to be exposed to ketones and brake oils. The general use temperature range is -50~200 C.

EPDM three yuan ethylene propylene rubber: it has good weatherability, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used in alcohols and ketones, and can also be used in high temperature steam environment. It is suitable for bathroom, automobile radiator and automobile brake system. It is not recommended for food use or for exposure to mineral oils. The general use temperature range is -55~150 C.

CR chloroprene rubber: good weather resistance and weather resistance. It is not afraid of two chlorine, two fluorine methane and ammonia refrigerant, it is resistant to dilute acid and silicone grease, but it has large expansion in mineral oil with low aniline point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperature. It is suitable for all kinds of environment that is exposed to atmosphere, sunlight and ozone, and all kinds of flame resistant and chemical resistant sealing links. It is not recommended for strong acids, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketones. The general use temperature range is -55~120 C.

IIR butyl rubber: good air tightness, good heat resistance, sun resistance, ozone resistance, good insulation, good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc., and can be exposed to plant oil or oxide. It is suitable for chemical resistant or vacuum equipment. It is not recommended to be used in conjunction with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. The general use temperature range is -50~110 C.

ACM acrylic rubber: excellent resistance to oil, high temperature and weather resistance, but poor mechanical strength, compression deformation rate and water resistance. It is generally used in automobile transmission system and power steering system. It is not suitable for hot water, brake fluid and phosphate. The general use temperature range is -25~170 C.

NR natural rubber: it has excellent wear resistance, elasticity, breaking strength and elongation. But it is easy to be aged in air, sticky in heat, easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil or gasoline, alkali resistant but not strong acid. It is suitable for use in automobile brake oil, ethanol and other liquid containing hydroxide ions. The general use temperature range is -20~100 C.

PU polyurethane rubber seal: polyurethane rubber has excellent mechanical properties, wear-resistance and high pressure performance are much better than other rubber. Aging resistance, ozone resistance and oil resistance are quite good, but high temperature is easy to hydrolyze. It is generally used to resist high pressure and wear resistance seal. The general use temperature range is -45~90 C.
