The application of various types of solenoid valves and magnetic ball level gauges is as follows

Electromagnetic valves have electromagnetic pressure, electromagnetic air valves, stainless steel solenoid valves, etc. They are two-position two-way, two-position three-way and two-position four-way reversing valves, which can be used to control oil, water, and gas pipelines. .
 
When the solenoid valve is powered by a DC power supply, it must be pressed according to the “+” or “one” pole in the manual drawing. Otherwise, the magnetic field generated by the coil energizing will interfere with the magnetic steel of the operating contact and affect the correct operation of the contact.

This type of valve uses a DC or AC electromagnet with auxiliary contacts to automatically shut off the power to control the valve position. Except that the DKF type stainless steel electromagnetic air valve is electrified for a long time in a single coil, the other two coils are short-time electrified. For long-time energized electromagnet coil, consists of two sets of coils, one set for action, one set for maintenance, so that the temperature rise of the coil can be reduced without shortening the suction, and the coil for short-time energization, Long-time power system design provides high safety and long life.

The magnetic bead level gauge consists of two parts, a level gauge and a magnetic memory switch for sending and receiving signals. The magnetic float in the level gauge floats up and down in the connecting pipe. The position of the magnetic steel in the float just corresponds to the liquid surface. It magnetically couples with the magnetic beads that are in close contact with the connecting tube. The magnetic beads always follow the magnetic float. Therefore, the position of the magnetic beads also reflects the actual liquid level in the container.
 
The magnetic float uses a pressure equalizing structure, so the magnetic bead level gauge can be used for level measurement and control of high pressure vessels. But in use should pay attention to:
 
In the use of magnetic floats, the vent pipe should face upwards and should not be used for collapse. Otherwise, the pressure equalization performance will be used first.
 
Level gauges (including communicating tubes and magnetic floaters) have been hydraulically tested before leaving the factory. Therefore, do not repeat the hydrostatic test at the site to avoid damage to the magnetic float during sharp boost or rapid pressure release.
 
If the magnetic level gauge is connected to the pressure window with a cut-off valve, the cut-off valve should be opened in advance before the pressure vessel is boosted to prevent the pressure vessel from rising, and then suddenly open the valve, resulting in a sharp rise in pressure in the connecting pipe and damage the magnetic floater.
 
The direct connection of the magnetic bead level meter with the transmitter can issue a DC 4~20mA standard signal with a resolution of 7mm, which can be used by the user's computer system.

The magnetic memory switch is fixed on the wall of the communication pipe, and the magnetic float rises. When the set position is reached, the upper switch operates. Even if the magnetic float continues to rise and moves away from the switch, the switch is still in the memory state; when the magnetic float falls, the upper switch releases. As the lower limit setting position is reached, the lower switch operates and the lower switch is memorized.

The magnetic memory switch has a memory function. The transportation and disconnection states of the contacts should be discerned before wiring, because in the transportation process or other reasons, the magnetic memory switch contact points may be in favor of disorder, and before the wiring, the magnetic steel is used to connect the tubes. The outer and the lower are connected to the float to simulate the full-range operation once, so that the state of the magnetic memory switch contacts is restored to normal. Then connect it again and put it into normal use.
