Teach you how to quickly install electromagnetic flowmeters

The application of electromagnetic flowmeter in daily industry is still quite extensive. Installation is a very professional matter. How to quickly install electromagnetic flowmeter? Learn to quickly install electromagnetic flowmeter according to the sequence.
 
First, the installation of the sensor
1) When measuring the mixed phase fluid, select the place that will not cause phase separation; when measuring the two-component liquid, avoid the mixing is not uniform
Downstream; when measuring the chemical reaction pipeline, it should be installed downstream of the fully completed reaction section;
2) Avoid changing the inside of the measuring tube into a negative pressure as much as possible;
3) Avoid large motors and large transformers nearby to avoid electromagnetic field interference;
4) Avoid high concentrations of corrosive gases in the surrounding environment as much as possible;
5) Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible;
 
Second, the requirements for the installation of straight pipe sections
First of all, note that the sensor itself cannot be used as a load support point. It cannot support the adjacent working pipe and should have the weight of the pipe holding it. In order to obtain normal measurement accuracy, the electromagnetic flow sensor must also have a length of straight pipe upstream, but its length is lower than most other flow meters. 90o elbow, T-tube, concentric reducer, full-open gate valve should be 10 times diameter (5D) length straight section from the flange connection surface of the sensor inlet end, 10D for different opening degree; downstream straight pipe section is (2~3) D; however, prevent the butterfly valve disc from protruding into the sensor measuring tube. The lengths of the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections proposed by various standards or verification procedures are also inconsistent. As shown in Table 2, the requirements are higher than usual. This is due to the requirement to ensure that the current 0.5-level precision instrument is achieved.
 
Third, the installation position and flow direction
The axis of the measuring electrode must be approximately horizontal;
The measuring pipe must be completely filled with liquid;
At least 5xD (D is the inside diameter of the flowmeter) straight pipe section must be in front of the flowmeter, and at least 3xD must be in the rear (D is the flowmeter)
Straight pipe length of length; for convenient installation and disassembly, a pipe expansion joint can be added after the flowmeter.
The flow direction of the fluid is consistent with the direction of the arrow of the flow meter;
The presence of a vacuum in the pipe can damage the lining of the flowmeter and requires special attention;
There should be no strong electromagnetic field near the flowmeter; there should be plenty of space near the flowmeter for installation and maintenance;
If the measuring pipe has vibration, there should be a fixed support on both sides of the flowmeter;
When measuring the mixed liquid of different media, the distance between the mixing point and the flowmeter must be at least 30×D (D is the inner diameter of the flowmeter);
