Whether the pneumatic actuator and the valve are installed or not directly affects the effect of the actuator. Reasonable installation is to make the actuator center and the valve stem must be absolutely coaxial, and the connection is reasonable. Before the actuator and valve are installed, the torque of the valve should be measured and should not exceed the torque of the actuator. In order to adapt to the medium environment of the valve, the valve seat and the sealing ring should be dry, clean and fit, and the pneumatic actuator and valve should be tested at the same time. Pressurize to the rated sealing pressure, the actuator with the air source pressure of 4-7kg/cm2, switch the intake air of the two air inlets of the pneumatic actuator, observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, there should be no pause, slow running Phenomenon, the switch should be flexibly rotated, and multiple trial and error should be performed.
Pneumatic actuators are field instruments and should be regularly maintained and serviced. The air source of the actuator should be kept dry and clean. The air filter correspondingly used by the actuator should be drained and drained regularly to avoid entering the solenoid valve and actuator, which will affect the normal operation. Under normal working conditions, it should be inspected every six months and once a year.
