Electric actuators, also known as electric actuators. It is a drive that provides linear or rotational motion that uses some kind of drive energy and works with some kind of control signal. Electric actuators are the most cost-effective compared to hydraulic and pneumatic versions. Electric actuators (electric pushers/electric cylinders) are cleaner, easier to operate, and more energy efficient, so users benefit. The integrated design of the electric actuator is easier to program control and minimizes maintenance, unless extreme lubrication conditions are not required. The disadvantage is that the structure is complex, the thrust is small, the average failure rate is higher than the pneumatic actuator, and it is suitable for places where the explosion-proof requirements are not high and the gas source is lacking. The PSL linear actuator is mainly composed of an electrically isolated control part and a gear transmission part. The motor acts as an intermediate part connecting the two isolated parts. The motor outputs torque according to the control requirements, and is transmitted to the trapezoidal screw through the multi-pole spur gear. The screw converts the torque into thrust by the rod thread. This rod thread is self-locking and transmits a linear stroke through the valve adapter to the valve stem. The actuator shaft has a rotation preventing pin that prevents rotation, and the radial locking device of the shaft can be used as a position indicator. The locking device is connected with a connecting rod, and the connecting rod runs synchronously with the output shaft, and the output shaft displacement is converted into an electric signal through a circuit board connected with the connecting rod, and is supplied to the servo amplifier as a comparison signal and a valve position feedback output, and the actuator is simultaneously executed. The stroke can also be limited by two main limit switches on the switch board, and the two mechanical limit stops adjust the defined position.
