Diaphragm valve: installation and maintenance and installation precautions
Installation and maintenance:
1. Before installing the diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the running condition of the pipeline is consistent with the scope of use specified by the valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from getting stuck or damage the sealing components.
2. Do not apply grease or oil on the rubber lining layer and the rubber diaphragm surface to prevent the rubber from swelling and affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.
3. Handwheel or transmission mechanism is not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited.
4. When manually operating the diaphragm valve, do not use the auxiliary lever to prevent the torque component from being too large and damage the driving parts or sealing parts.
5. The diaphragm valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room. It is strictly prohibited to stack. The channels at both ends of the inventory diaphragm valve must be sealed, and the opening and closing parts should be in a micro-open state.
Installation Precautions:
1> Must comply with applicable safety regulations.
2> The pipe should be free of impurities before the valve is installed, otherwise it will cause damage to the valve.
3> Connect the valve and pay attention to the alignment pipe.
4> All valves must be disassembled before the welding process on the valve body.
5> When replacing the diaphragm, it is necessary to keep the diaphragm and the sealing surface open, and then separate the diaphragm from the sealing surface.
