Considerations for using an integrated temperature transmitter
The integrated temperature transmitter, like other transmitters, requires a lot of attention during use. If the user accidentally uses a few details, it will directly affect the performance of the instrument and damage the life of the instrument. Today Xiaobian for everyone to introduce in detail the user's considerations in using the integrated temperature transmitter: 1. The integrated temperature transmitter installation environment must be within -20-+70 °C. When the ambient temperature is too high, the SBWZ/R signal converter and display module can be installed separately from the thermal resistance or thermocouple. Our company is equipped with a special explosion-proof box for the separate installation of the transmitter. 2. When used in explosive hazardous areas, please pay attention to the explosion-proof mark and protection level;
3. Before powering up, please check the positive and negative polarity of the power supply carefully, and you can't connect the wrong ones, otherwise it may cause unpredictable consequences.
4. The temperature transmitter needs to be verified after six months of use.
5. The SBW signal converter module is encapsulated and cured with epoxy resin to enhance its anti-shock performance and prevent moisture, corrosion and moisture.
An integrated temperature transmitter typically consists of a temperature probe (thermocouple or RTD sensor) and a two-wire solid state electronic unit. The temperature probe is mounted directly in the junction box in the form of a solid module to form an integrated transmitter. Integrated temperature transmitters are generally classified into two types: thermal resistance and thermocouple type. At present, the integrated temperature transmitter is a new generation product of temperature measurement and control of modern industrial sites and research institutes. It is an essential product of the distributed system and digital bus system.
