The use of computer control system in the production of feed mills can effectively promote the improvement of production efficiency and contribute to scientific management, and ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the production line, and the product quality is stable. Therefore, in the domestically built and new feed mills, computer control systems have become the basic configuration.
Compared with the chemical treatment of more oil and fat plants, the feed mill mainly performs physical treatment (such as sieving, crushing, granulating, puffing, mixing, etc.) in the continuous material conveying process. The control parameters required for the control system are firstly :1 Whether the equipment is overloaded, deviation, chain severing, overheating, stalling, and whether the gate valve is open and closed. 2 Whether there are shortages, blocking materials, etc. in each section. These parameter values require only two states - yes or no, no need for the sensor to detect its continuous change value, is the amount of switching. Secondly, in the section where granulation, puffing, pulverization and batching require real-time speed regulation, the inverter completes the precise speed regulation according to the program requirements, and simultaneously inputs the continuous change value (analog quantity) of the speed to the control system. 3 In the steam supply system, the control system needs to continuously change the steam temperature when performing PID control on the steam regulating valve, which is also the analog quantity. Therefore, in the feed mill, most sensors need to output switching quantities, and a few sensors need to output analog quantities. The type of the sensor will be specifically described below.
Level sensor
It mainly detects the material level of the raw material warehouse and each working section hopper. When a high level is detected, the control system will stop feeding; when a low level is detected, the control will alarm.
