When the positioning accuracy is required to be high, a gas-liquid linkage position control loop can be used.
Figure 1 shows the position control loop with a parallel gas-liquid damper cylinder. During the extension and retraction of the damping cylinder, two two-position two-way hydraulic solenoid valves can stop the damping cylinder. Once the movement stops, the three-position valve is in the neutral position, and the pressure in the two chambers of the cylinder is atmospheric pressure, which is more convenient to operate. .

Figure 2 shows the circuit that uses the gas-liquid converter to control the stop position in the piston rod. The one-way throttle valve controls the cylinder retraction speed. When the two-position two-way solenoid valve cuts off the return path, the piston rod can be quickly stopped at any position.
