Steam trap product working principle and type description
The trap is used in the steam pipe network and equipped to automatically discharge the agglomerated water, air and other non-condensable gases, and the water vapor is revealed.
The steam trap is used in the steam pipe network and equipped with valves that can swell the condensed water, atmosphere and other non-dissolving gases, and block the water vapor.
Traps type:
In accordance with the divergence of the steam trap valve principle, steam traps can be turned into the following three types:
1: Machine type: relying on the change of the height of the dissolving water in the steam trap

(2) Open-up float type: the float is an open-up bucket type
(3) Open down float type: the float is a bucket type
2: Thermostatic type: Please act on the change of liquid temperature
(1) Bimetal: The original part of the casing is bimetal
(2) Steam pressure type: the sensitive original is a manifold or an ink cartridge, and the outside is filled with an evaporative liquid.
3: Thermodynamic type: Acting to change the thermodynamic nature of the liquid.

The working principle of the trap:
1. The steam trap is installed between the steam heating equipment and the dissolved water return water header. When driving, the bucket is at the bottom and the valve is fully open. After the condensate enters the trap, it flows to the bottom of the bucket, overflowing the valve body, and all the tanks are submerged. After that, the molten water is discharged to the return header through the fully open valve.
2. The steam also enters the trap from the bottom of the barrel. According to the top of the barrel, buoyancy occurs. The barrel rises slowly and gradually shifts the lever toward the seat until the valve is completely closed. The atmosphere and carbon dioxide gas pass through the exhaust orifice of the barrel and are attached to the top of the trap. The steam that is poured from the vent hole, the city is agglomerated by the heat dissipation of the trap.
3. When the molten water that comes out starts to fill the barrel, the barrel begins to exert a pulling force on the lever. As the solidification water level continues to rise, the force of the igniting increases continuously until it is possible to suppress the pressure difference and open the valve.
4. The valve starts to open and the pressure difference acting on the valve flap is reduced. The barrel will drop the profit and make the valve fully open. The non-condensable gas accumulated on the top of the trap is discharged first, and then the agglomerated water is discharged. When the water flows out of the barrel, the dirt is started to flow out of the trap together. At the same time that the molten water is discharged, the steam starts to enter the trap from the beginning, and the new cycle begins again.
