What parameters should be known in the selection of NORGREN solenoid valve
The selection of Norgren solenoid valve should first follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability and economy in turn. Secondly, it should be selected according to six field conditions (i.e. pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, mode of operation and special requirements).
Norgren solenoid valve selection basis:
1. Selecting solenoid valve according to pipeline parameters: diameter specification (DN), interface mode
1. Determine the diameter (DN) of the pipeline according to the internal diameter or flow requirement of the pipeline.
2. Normal crown solenoid valve interface mode, generally > DN50 flange interface, less than DN50 can be chosen freely according to user needs.
2. Choosing nocrown solenoid valve according to fluid parameters: material and temperature group
1. Corrosive fluids: corrosion-resistant solenoid valves and stainless steel should be selected; food-grade stainless steel solenoid valves should be selected for super-clean fluids.
2. High temperature fluid: Norgren solenoid valve made of high temperature resistant electrical material and sealing material should be selected, and piston type structure should be chosen.
3. Fluid state: large to gaseous, liquid or mixed state, especially when the caliber is larger than DN25 order must be distinguished.
4. Fluid Viscosity: Usually under 50cSt can be chosen arbitrarily, if exceeding this value, high viscosity solenoid valve should be selected.
3. Selecting Novocrown Solenoid Valve Based on Pressure Parameters: Principles and Structural Varieties
1. Nominal pressure: The meaning of this parameter is the same as that of other general valves. It is determined according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.
2. The working pressure of Novoguan solenoid valve: If the working pressure is low, the principle of direct-acting or step-by-step direct-acting must be selected; when the minimum working pressure difference is above 0.04 Mpa, the direct-acting, step-by-step direct-acting and pilot-type can be selected.
4. Electrical selection: Voltage specifications should give priority to AC220V and DC24, which are more convenient.
Fifth, according to the length of continuous working hours to choose: Normally closed, Normally open, or Sustainable power
1. When the solenoid valve of Norgren solenoid valve needs to be opened for a long time, and lasts for a long time, the excess closing time should be chosen as the normal open type.
2. If the opening time is short or the opening and closing time is not long, the normal closing type is chosen.

3. Novo crown solenoid valves, but some working conditions for safety protection, such as furnace and kiln flame monitoring, can not be normally opened, should be selected for long-term electrification.
