Introduction of Novoguan solenoid valve specially innovated for the use of equipment cooling system

Norgren Buschjost has recently developed a new type of solenoid valve with price advantages, which is especially suitable for cooling systems of extruders or injection moulding machines where pressure and temperature are required and contamination resistant fluids are required. The product is based on the piston valve of 85300 system, which can isolate fluid and prevent contaminated particles. The compact design enables the valve to be used in a narrow and compact space.
In order to prevent contamination of the piston valve, the position of the instant surface of the piston sealing bearing protrudes where the fluid passes through. This structure reduces the vulnerability of contaminated fluids and prolongs the service life. The piston surface was redesigned to ensure low wear. The piston surface polished by roller is very smooth, which can reduce wear more. Powerful electromagnetic coils ensure stable and reliable operation.

The piston valve scheme used to be technically related to similar valves used in coolant circuit, but it has no advantage in price. Now its improved design can be used under 7bar pressure, so it can withstand pressure impact. The valve uses copper body, G1/4"- G2" internal thread, suitable for dirty gas or fluid working at 150 degrees Celsius. And there are electromagnetic coils corresponding to all standard voltages.
