Description of the characteristics of pneumatic film-lined PTFE single-seat control valve
The pneumatic film-lined PTFE single-seat control valve is the execution unit in the self-control instrument. It consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through single-seat fluoroplastic valve. Because the valve contacts the medium, the high-pressure injection molding process is lining with polyfluorinated ethylene propylene (F46) which can resist corrosion and aging, and is sealed with PTFE bellows. Therefore, the valve is widely used in chemical industry and petroleum. Process control of acid and alkali strong corrosive media and toxic and volatile gases and bulk media in metallurgy, medicine, electric power and other industries.
Features of pneumatic film-lined PTFE single-seat control valve:
1. Corrosion resistance: The valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat and valve stem are all 316 stainless steel, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion.
2. Good sealing performance: double sealing with bellows and packing of polytetraethylene to ensure no leakage.
3. Small leakage: Since the valve core and valve seat are soft seals, the leakage is lower than the national IV standard.
4. It adopts light and small multi-spring actuator, which is small in size, light in weight and high in adjustment precision.
